nails the very particular unreality of actual silent hill cutscene dialogue. where each actor seems like they're reading their lines to someone other than the person they're actually talking to. and each of them is in a slightly different emotional version of the film. there are bizarre jumps in topic. responses that don't meaningfully connect to what they're responding to. inexplicably lines are delivered with a genuine earnestness but the emotional register just slightly off. or responses are made in a placid or unexpected affect, so everything feels constantly off-kilter and refuses to settle. it gets it totally right, and i was just mouth agape with joy almost every time someone was talking.
First silent hill was surprisingly good, its a shame that the sequel is unworthy. Whereas the first one had enough mysterious and creepy atmosphere it mostly lacked here, which is the most important thing to have for a Silent Hill movie. It focuses too much on the plot while the script is just bland. There are enough cool designs, costumes and creatures but it deserved better than to be in this mess.
caray, bueno de antemano, gracias por todo los juegos que nos aportas, pero este es un gran asco en cuestión de errores, ya tiene que lo descargue hace 1 semana y no puedo hacerlo funcionar bien , tiene problemas de audio, se congela las imagenes, deja de funcionar, etc etc etc, leei el manual que viene en el disco el del 2002, y parece que ya venia con muchas fallas, instale el parche del amigo Rose Van pero no parece funcionar amigo si me escuchas pon como instalar el parche o hacer que funcione, tengo win 8.1 pro amd fx 8320 gtx 970, graxias, quisiera jugar este juego ya que dicen es el mas terrorífico, jugue silent hill 3 y es mas macabro que dead space bueno grax por todo 2ff7e9595c
